RNC and Bobby Jindal Copy Obama's Website

When visiting the official homepages for Bobby Jindal and the RNC some may notice that the graphics used are oddly similar to and reminiscent of Barack Obama's campaign. See the evidence here.

Most notably, Barack Obama's now infamous horizon is used in the background of multiple graphics. Similar fonts and type formatting also appear on both sites.

Why would the RNC be doing this? Obviously the aesthetics are going to be more appealing to Obama supporters who saw such images repeatedly throughout the campaign (Also, in one of the images "Republican National Committee" appears in a radiant BLUE). Are Jindal and the RNC trying to "visually" reach over party lines? Or are they just too lazy to create their own images?
